What should I expect?

We'll have a 15-minute phone consultation, free of charge, to see if we are a good fit. If we both decide to schedule an initial session, we will have 1-2 assessment sessions. Then, I will provide an overview of what treatment entails and how we might work together, including a review of any questions or concerns you would like to address.

What fee can I expect?

We'll discuss the therapy fee during the initial 15-minute phone consultation, including a sliding scale for eligible clients. 

Do you accept insurance?

I'm an out-of-network provider, and I do not take insurance.  However, many clients submit reimbursement claims through their insurance via their out-of-network benefits. I can provide you with an invoice containing the relevant information you need to submit reimbursement claims.
