What should I expect?

We'll have a 15-minute phone consultation, free of charge, to see if we are a good fit. If we both decide to schedule an initial session, we will have 1-2 assessment sessions. Then, I will provide an overview of what treatment entails and how we might work together, including a review of any questions or concerns you would like to address.

What fee can I expect?

When determining therapy fees, I strive to balance affordability and access with the value of my clinical expertise and training. I recognize that financial considerations are crucial for everyone, and I aim to ensure that my practice remains sustainable while providing support to those in need.

Do you accept insurance?

I am in-network with Aetna, and I can also provide an invoice/superbill for out-of-network clients to submit for reimbursement.
